Kura means vegetables in Telugu — the word for what we grow, what we cook, and what we eat.

KuraCo started in our home kitchen, with kuras from our own garden, and grew into meals we wanted others to experience. Freeze-drying is how we found a way to share it.

We cook it like home

Real meals — grains, dals, vegetables, spices — cooked from scratch the way you would at home. Nothing artificial, nothing pre-mixed.

We freeze-dry it

The cooked food goes into a freeze-dryer that pulls the water out at low temperature, slowly. Flavour and nutrition stay locked in.

Why freeze-drying

The trick that lets us skip preservatives.

Slow-drying cooked food at low temperature pulls out the water without cooking it twice. Flavour and nutrition stay; shelf life takes care of itself.
